At Crafty Cora, every toy is 3D printed, packed, and shipped with care by our family. Because many of our items are small-batch, color-based, or made in limited quantities, we want our policy to be simple and fair.
Returns
We accept returns on unused, undamaged items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition and packaging.
To start a return, please contact us through our Contact page with your order number and a brief note about the issue.
Non-returnable items
We cannot accept returns on:
- Custom or personalized items
- Items that have been used, damaged after delivery, or altered
- Clearance or final-sale items, if marked final sale at purchase
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please reach out through our Contact page within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the item and packaging so we can make it right.
Refunds
Once a return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow several business days for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
