Can my toy get hot?
Crafty Cora toys don't like really hot places. Try not to leave them in a hot car or outside in direct sunlight for a long time because they can bend or change shape.
Can I wash my toy?
Yes! Wash your toy with warm water and a little mild soap, then let it air dry.
Some of the joints feel stiff. Is that normal?
Yes! Sometimes moving the joints back and forth a few times helps loosen everything up after printing.
Why can I see little lines on my toy?
Every Crafty Cora toy is individually 3D printed one tiny layer at a time. Those little layer lines are completely normal—and proof that your toy wasn't mass-produced!
